Srinagar, September 8: On the occasion of the 44th death anniversary of Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, Education and Health Minister Sakina Itoo paid tribute to the veteran leader, stating that his name would remain etched in global memory for all time.

Itoo said Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah’s visionary approach continues to inspire the people of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly in the fields of development and the protection of their rights.

She further remarked that his contributions and political legacy would continue to endure for generations, with the people still looking up to his vision and ideals.

The Minister said Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah’s legacy would remain an important part of the history and public life of Jammu and Kashmir.
