Leh, September 5: The District Industries Centre (DIC), Leh, under the Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh and Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Leh, is organising a Facilitation Camp for filing applications under the Transport Subsidy Scheme for Finished Goods being implemented under the RAMP Programme.

According to a circular issued by the Office of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Leh, the facilitation camp will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM onwards at the Conference Hall, DIC Leh.

The camp has been organised to assist eligible Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in filling out and submitting their applications under the Transport Subsidy Scheme. Officials will provide necessary guidance to eligible unit holders regarding the application process and required documentation.

The DIC Leh has requested all eligible MSMEs to attend the facilitation camp along with the requisite documents so that their applications can be prepared and submitted properly.

The department has also advised unit holders to make full use of the opportunity and ensure the timely submission of applications to avail themselves of the benefits available under the Transport Subsidy Scheme.

The initiative is aimed at facilitating MSMEs and helping eligible industrial units access government support under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme.

The circular was issued by Jigmet Raftan (JKAS), General Manager, District Industries Centre, Leh, and dated September 4, 2026. The information has also been circulated to concerned departments, industry associations and industrial estate representatives for wider dissemination among eligible unit holders in Leh, Phyang and Khaltsi.
