Thatri, August 27, 2026: The Office of the Executive Engineer, PWD (R&B) Division Thatri, has invited e-tenders for four road-related works under the UT Road Sector 2026-27.

As per e-NIT No. 32 of 2026-27, tenders have been invited on a percentage-rate basis from approved and eligible contractors registered with the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, CPWD, Railways, MES and other State/Central Government agencies.

The four works have a combined estimated cost of ₹2.14 crore and include:

- Construction of a link road from PDC Road to Upper Thatri — ₹68.84 lakh

- Construction of road from Shurshu to Brarna — ₹58.25 lakh

- Upgradation of road from Shiva to Gulmana — ₹57.80 lakh

- Construction of link road from Charaw Pul Kahara to Chapwadhi Phase-I — ₹30 lakh

All four projects carry a 90-day completion period. The tenders are scheduled to be opened on or after September 8, 2026, at 12:30 PM.

The initiative is aimed at improving road connectivity and infrastructure in the Thatri area under the UT Road Sector programme.
