Srinagar, August 19, 2026: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today visited Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Hazratbal at Habak in Srinagar to review the healthcare facilities and functioning of the hospital.

During the visit, the Chief Minister took stock of the medical services being provided to patients and assessed the requirements of both patients and hospital staff. He also reviewed the infrastructure and facilities available at the health institution.

The Chief Minister was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary, Health Minister Sakina Itoo, Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani and MLA Hazratbal Salman Ali Sagar.

The visit underlined the government’s commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure, improving hospital facilities and ensuring better and more accessible medical services for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
