Samba, August 14, 2026: A new district-level team of Adhivakta Parishad, District Samba has been constituted under the guidance and leadership of the State Executive of Adhivakta Parishad Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh, with the objective of strengthening the organisation of advocates and promoting legal awareness, professional excellence and the values of justice and the Constitution.

The formation of the District Samba team was carried out under the guidance of Adv. Vandana Mehta, President, State Adhivakta Parishad Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh; Adv. Rohan Nandan, State Gen Secretary; and Adv. Harsh Sharma, State Incharge, Study Circle.

The newly constituted District Samba team is as follows:

* Adv. Munish Vaid – Executive Member

* Adv. ishika Sambyal – Executive Member

* Adv. Sanjeev Sharma – Executive Member

* Adv. Munish Choudhary – Executive Member

The newly appointed team expressed its gratitude to the State leadership for reposing confidence in them and assured that the District Samba unit would work with dedication towards strengthening the legal fraternity, encouraging continuous legal education and study, promoting professional ethics, and contributing towards social and legal awareness.

The office bearers further stated that the Parishad would provide a common platform for advocates to deliberate upon legal and professional issues and would encourage young members of the Bar to actively participate in academic, social and legal activities.

The District Samba team also conveyed its commitment to work in close coordination with the State Executive and to carry forward the objectives, ideals and programmes of Adhivakta Parishad Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh at the district level.

Adv. Vijay Gupta, President, Adhivakta Parishad District Samba, thanked the State leadership for its guidance and stated that the new team would work collectively, with discipline and dedication, for the welfare of the legal fraternity and the larger cause of justice and public service.
