Samba, August 14, 2026: The Municipal Council Samba has extended an invitation to the public to participate in the celebrations of the 80th Independence Day and the flag-hoisting ceremony scheduled to be held on August 15, 2026.

According to the invitation issued by the Municipal Council Samba, the flag-hoisting ceremony will be held at 11:30 AM at Municipal Council Samba, Samba, Jammu & Kashmir.

The invitation calls upon citizens to come together to honour the nation's past, celebrate the present and contribute towards building a stronger future. The event is expected to mark the occasion with a spirit of patriotism, unity and national pride.
