Samba, August 14, 2026: A new district-level team of Adhivakta Parishad, District Samba has been constituted under the guidance and leadership of the State Executive of Adhivakta Parishad Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh. The newly constituted team aims to strengthen the organisation of advocates, promote legal awareness and professional excellence, encourage continuous legal education, and uphold the values of justice and the Constitution.

The formation of the District Samba team was carried out under the guidance of Adv. Vandana Sharma, President, State Adhivakta Parishad Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh; Adv. Rohan Nandan, State Secretary; and Adv. Harsh Sharma, State Incharge, Study Circle.

The newly constituted District Samba team comprises:

The newly appointed office bearers expressed gratitude to the State leadership for reposing confidence in them and assured that the District Samba unit would work with dedication towards strengthening the legal fraternity and promoting professional ethics, legal education and social awareness.

The team stated that the Parishad would provide a common platform for advocates to deliberate on legal and professional issues while encouraging young members of the Bar to participate actively in academic, social and legal activities.

The District Samba unit also committed to working in close coordination with the State Executive and carrying forward the objectives, ideals and programmes of Adhivakta Parishad Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh at the district level.

Adv. Vijay Gupta, President, Adhivakta Parishad District Samba, thanked the State leadership for its guidance and said that the new team would work collectively with discipline and dedication for the welfare of the legal fraternity and the larger cause of justice and public service.
