Advisor to CM Nasir Aslam Wani Visits Moorie, Kalaroose to Assess Cloudburst Damage


Kalaroose: Advisor to the Chief Minister, Nasir Aslam Wani, visited the far-flung areas of Moorie and Kalaroose to take stock of the concerns of local residents and assess the damage caused by the recent cloudburst.

During the visit, Wani interacted with residents and reviewed the impact of the natural disaster, including damage to local infrastructure. He directed the concerned developmental officers to address the issues on a war-footing basis and expedite ongoing and pending works, particularly in view of the approaching winter season.

The Advisor stressed the need for timely restoration and completion of essential developmental works so that residents do not face difficulties during the harsh winter months.

He also reviewed the proposed Sports Stadium and directed the concerned authorities to initiate its construction within a week, underscoring the importance of providing better sports facilities to the youth of the area.

The visit focused on addressing immediate public concerns, accelerating developmental activities and ensuring timely relief and infrastructure support for people in the far-flung areas.
