Srinagar, August 23, 2026: In a swift humanitarian response, personnel of the 50 Rashtriya Rifles rescued two civilians who were injured in separate bear attacks in the Dachigam area.

According to reports, the incidents occurred at different locations, leaving the two civilians injured. On receiving information about the attacks, Army personnel promptly reached the affected areas and evacuated the injured individuals to safety.

The injured civilians were provided immediate assistance before being shifted for medical treatment. The timely intervention by the 50 Rashtriya Rifles helped ensure that both victims received medical attention without further delay.
