Tej Ram who was expired with an accident on 27-09-1986. According to the prevailed rules, only Tej Ram sons or his widow were eligible for job but instead of this accident Mr Tej ram brother namely Bansi lal and his son namely Darshan singh connived and conspired with officials of MES Deptt. through alleged false affidavit by misrepresentation from smt.Kamla Devi (W/O of Deceased) & Darshan Singh got the job.
