Samba, July 18: The Rakh Amb Talli Railway Crossing in Samba will remain closed to vehicular movement until July 22 due to ongoing railway maintenance work.

The closure is expected to cause inconvenience to daily commuters and residents who regularly use the crossing. In view of the disruption, local residents have urged the Samba district administration to designate and publicize suitable alternate routes to ensure smooth movement of vehicles and avoid traffic congestion.

Commuters have appealed to the authorities to install proper signboards and traffic management arrangements so that people can travel safely while the maintenance work is underway. The administration is expected to issue traffic advisories to minimize inconvenience during the closure period.
